Is this the best sock for running?
I was listening to a podcast and heard an ad for this sock company out of Tennessee. Immediately I was intrigued even though I had used Balega socks for years and had no issues at all.
I started looking into the Swiftwick. Swiftwick started in 2008 with the idea for pursuit of greatness. Their socks are made in the USA. I prefer socks with a little extra cushioning so I ordered a pair of the Maxus One

I’ve been using Swiftwick Maxus Socks for several months now, and I’m consistently impressed with their comfort and performance. They’re incredibly cushioned, which helps to protect my feet from impact and prevent blisters. They’re also very breathable, which helps to keep my feet cool and dry.
The Maxus Socks are made from a blend of high-performance fibers that provide excellent cushioning and support. The footbed is made from a plush layer of REPREVE® fabric, which is made from recycled water bottles. This fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable, and it provides excellent cushioning. The upper is made from a breathable fabric that helps to keep feet cool and dry.
I’ve worn the Maxus Socks for long runs, short runs, and even for hiking. They’ve always been comfortable and supportive, and I’ve never had any blisters. I’m also impressed with how well they wick away moisture. Even on hot days, my feet have stayed cool and dry.

I highly recommend these socks to anyone whose is running in any type of conditions. They have several different types available so I’m sure you will find what you like.
